About Aaron

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of Jewish life, social entrepreneurship, and Israel–Diaspora relationships—most recently as CEO of a national organization supporting Jewish social ventures across North America.

Along the way, I’ve sat in a lot of different seats: founder, educator, executive, fundraiser, coalition-builder, and partner to philanthropies and institutions. The throughline has been simple: help people with big, values-driven ideas turn them into structures that can actually work—with enough support and flexibility to grow, adapt, and endure.

My vantage point is shaped by years of working with early-stage ventures, established organizations, and funders who are trying to do something new without losing what matters most. I’m especially drawn to the space where Israel, global Jewish life, and entrepreneurship intersect, and to the question of how we build real bridges—between communities, generations, and narratives.

I don’t show up as a guru or as a distant consultant. I show up as a strategic ally who understands how complex this work can be—on the ground, in board rooms, and in the inner life of leaders trying to carry a lot at once.
