Formation Doctrine
Three rules that protect breakthrough ideas.
The Studio exists because promising ideas routinely violate sequence. Discipline is not a constraint. It is the condition for a real breakthrough.

Model before money

Large early capital creates pressure to hire, spend, and declare success before the model is proven. Capital follows validation, not aspiration.

Engagement before scale

Reach without a repeatable engagement loop is noise. Until entry, retention, and advocacy are proven, scaling is theater.

Impact before organization

Org growth creates gravity. Breakthrough platforms grow impact first, then build structure that matches reality.

What this looks like in practice

We test assumptions early, keep structures flexible until earned, and close weak ideas before they become expensive. The discipline is what makes the mission fundable and accountable.
